Enrolling your child
When enrolling your child, you will need:
Your child's original birth certificate or passport (If not a NZ citizen, please provide eligibility documentation.)
Your child's immunisation certificate
Two forms of proof of address eg. phone bill, bank statement, electricity bill
Your child's latest school report (if applicable)

You can print a copy of our enrolment form here.
If you'd like it as a pdf, choose "PDF Document" in the Download options available under the File menu (File > Download > PDF Document (.pdf))
